Responsibilities:
  •     Customer Satisfaction through the management of cases by phone, online portal and chat. This position receives first contact (Tier 1) from external and internal customers. This role will create cases with accurate information and manage case to closure when possible.
  •     Handle case escalations promptly as required.

This opening is for a contract (one year) Web and Print (Graphic) Designer for a expanding creative department of a stable but growing international business located in the San Francisco Bay Area.The client is a leader in designing and building high-performance, environmentally sustainable B2B products, serving Fortune 500 firms, universities, and government agencies within the United States and Canada.  

They are looking for a talented, self-motivated Web and Print Designer to join their in-house creative team. You will have the opportunity to improve the usability and functionality of their website, plus design collateral and print advertising for a range of vertical market segments. Responsibilities

System Administrator Engineer

 As a member of operation and infrastructure team, this position will support and maintain daily operational infrastructure required of company applications in multiple datacenters. Be responsible for the availability, reliability, and operations of company systems. Provide technical expertise on the numerous technologies the company is using (hardware, SAN, OSes, software stacks, databases, monitoring, configuration management, …). Work within the Operations team to ensure 24x7 availability and response within SLA requirements, provide timely incident resolution.
